Description du poste

The Student Support Officer is responsible for providing high-quality academic and administrative support to postgraduate students enrolled in the Global MBA. The role ensures that students have the guidance, information, and assistance they need to successfully complete their program. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support adult learners in a hybrid (online + in-person) environment.

1. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for MBA students.
Assist students with academic queries, schedules, deadlines, and administrative processes.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new students.
Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administrative teams.
Track student attendance and engagement across online and in-person sessions.
Provide guidance on learning resources, platforms, and academic policies.
Manage and monitor the online learning platform (Moodle or equivalent).
Escalate student concerns to faculty or program leaders when needed.
Support students experiencing academic or personal difficulties by directing them to appropriate services.
Coordinate assessments, submissions, and feedback timelines.
Help organize events, workshops, and MBA activities.

3. Qualifications & Experience / Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Experience in higher education, student services, customer service, or administration
Strong English required; French proficiency is an asset
Experience supporting online learning platforms is preferred
Prior experience working with postgraduate or executive learners is an advantage

4. Contract & Working Conditions
Contract: full-time or part-time, depending on program needs
Work mode: hybrid (online + on-campus)
Availability required for evening classes and Saturday sessions
Compensation: competitive and aligned with university HR policy
