STOCK CONTROLLER : JOB PURPOSE - THE STOCK CONTROLLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND MANAGING INVENTORY LEVELS ACROSS MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES, ENSURING ACCURATE REPORTING, PREVENTING STOCK LOSSES, AND MAINTAINING PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL STOCK MOVEMENTS.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in ERP/SAP system and DSR.
• Perform daily stock reconciliation between physical and system inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or slow-moving items.
• Ensure correct FIFO/FEFO implementation during dispatch.
• Track expiry dates and ensure timely liquidation of near-expiry products.

Warehouse Operations
• Prepare stock movement reports: in/out, transfers, adjustments.
• Work with warehouse teams to supervise loading/unloading activities.
• Overview weight, bag count, batch numbers, and quality during receipts and dispatch.
• Ensure stock segregation by product, batch, and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain GRN, GDN, offloading reports, and stock cards.
• Support internal & external audit by providing accurate stock data.
• Coordinate with finance team for monthly closing stock data submission.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly inventory and discrepancy reports.

Loss & Damage Control
• Investigate stock variance, shortage, and damages.
• Report concerns immediately and propose preventive action.
• Control warehouse access and ensure proper sealing of storage areas.

Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, procurement, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely truck confirmation and follow SOP for stock release.
• Support stock verification at company branches.

Profil du poste

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum: Diploma/Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in warehouse or inventory control (preferred).
• Intermediate level of English (reading, writing & speaking).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP & Excel.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
