Job Responsibilities:
The SE site engineer is the owner of the managed site and is responsible for the site delivery progress, site environment (such as materials and quality) & work safety. The SE site engineer includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Coordinates, organizes, and checks and manages onsite activities to ensure the completeness and timeliness the site installation.
• Manage the site progress and construction process and ensure that the subcontractors implement the construction according to the requirements.
• Site quality monitoring: checks and monitors the installation quality of the civil works, iron towers, equipment rooms, auxiliary equipment, and main equipment.
• Manage site acceptance. Organize the customer and the supplier to carry out site acceptance and acceptance.
• Collect site documents, review and standardize site completion and acceptance documents completed by the construction party, and submit them to the document administrator of the project team.
• Optimize the site construction process and procedures, train and guide subcontractor teams to implement the site construction according to the standard and standard site construction process and assist the PM in managing the site-level affairs.

Profil du poste

Work Qualifications：
• Familiar with FTTH – CW – Telecom equipment
• Familiar with onsite installation process, clearly understand KCPs and technical difficulties and how to solve.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Fluent speaking and written English is a Must.
