RBT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RBT Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our RBT(Ring Back Tone) business. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in operations management, with a strong focus on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. This role will drive business growth through strategic activity operations, product operations, and content operations, while ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to expand the RBT user base and maximize revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and user engagement initiatives to drive adoption and retention.
• Oversee product operations, including feature optimization, service improvements, and performance monitoring.
• Manage content operations, including the curation, quality control, and lifecycle management of RBT content.
• Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize operational plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and content providers to enrich the RBT offering.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Profil du poste

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telecom value-added services, mobile content, or digital entertainment operations.
• Proven track record in driving user growth and revenue through operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of activity, product, and content operations in a subscription-based or service-based business.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of creativity, adaptability, and business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry or with mobile music services.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle management and monetization models for digital content services.
