Description du poste
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in steering activities through the collection, analysis, and use of data. They contribute to strategic decision-making by producing relevant analyses and reliable reports.
Data mining
Collect, structure, and clean data from various sources.
Set up usable and up-to-date databases.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Produce relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
Interpret results and make operational recommendations
Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Present results in a way that is understandable to management teams
Management support
Monitor performance and objectives
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes
Profil du poste
Good command of data analysis
Ability to handle large volumes of data
Proficiency in office and analytical tools
Ability to synthesize and communicate
Organization, rigor, and autonomy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good level of English, spoken, read, and written
