FIELD ENGINEER TRAINEE

I. MISSIONS
You will execute operations for the region of West Africa and join a team of approximately 10 field engineers. You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
As part of their role, the successful candidate will be required to:
• Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations in Ivory Coast.Assurer la sécurité et le confort des passagers.
• Perform job load-out and rig up/down at wellsite, in both onshore and offshore environments.
• Follow detailed processes and procedures, including risk analysis, to maintain an industry-leading level of service quality.
• Always uphold a high level of customer service.
• Undertake technical, safety, and shop/office responsibilities as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
• Learn the process of exploring and developing the energy industry and the contributions of the diverse service companies supporting the industry.

II. PROFIL RECHERCHE
The preferred candidate has the following profile
• Relevant diploma/degree: Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Ability to learn quickly and a lifelong learner.
• Leads by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding others in the field accountable to this high standard.
• Be a highly motivated individual who approaches challenges with a positive attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: English language skills are required
• Must be teachable, coachable, willing to push boundaries and challenge conventional thinking
• Be an ambassador for and technology when performing jobs on site – This includes building good relationships and promoting services
