Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and execute test cases for AI-driven products (as: voice assistants/LLMs);
2. Manage defect tracking and Agile workflows using Jira;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements;
4. Output comprehensive test reports with actionable insights;
5. Conduct exploratory testing for AI/ML model behaviors;
6. Contribute to test strategy development for NLP/voice-based systems;
7. Responsible for reporting and processing the feedback of AI problems from overseas local users;
8. Responsible for the effect confirmation of the improved version in the overseas local environment, and output the confirmed results;
9. From the user's perspective, understand the user's need for AI effect, provide the effect debugging direction for the R&D team, and assist the R&D team to improve the AI Function or experience;
10. Responsible for overseas competitive product testing, comparing AI functions with those of other manufacturers in terms of ease of use, latency and user experience;
11. Be responsible for overseas experience testing, and based on local culture, provide experience suggestions for AI functions.
Requirements

Language:
- Fluent in French & English (verbal/written)
- Chinese proficiency is a strong plus

Technical:
- 1+ years software testing experience
- Proven ability to design test cases and document results
- Hands-on experience with Jira defect management
- Understanding of AI/LLM fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Office software, passion for photography and selfies

Preferred:
- Experience testing voice assistants (e.g., Alexa/Siri/Ella) or LLM products
- Knowledge of NLP technologies/prompt engineering
- ISTQB/Agile certification

Soft Skills:
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
- Strong communication in multicultural environments
- Bachelor's in CS/EE/AI or related field
- Strong execution and responsibility
